- Low-swelling V313 fiberboard (easily recognizable by the green coloring on the back) with optimal properties:
30% less thickness swelling when exposed to moisture and 20% higher tensile and flexural strength - Only 11 mm build-up height, therefore ideal for renovations!

Dimensions of HAFA laminate stair treads
We offer laminate stair treads as standard in 5 different grid dimensions: 800x700, 1000x700, 1300x700, 1600x700, and 1800x700 mm. So, only order what you really need and avoid costly waste! For large-scale purchasers and industrial clients, we also offer 4100 mm long laminate stair tread panels.
Please note that renovation steps are always delivered as double steps!
Processing with our aluminum profiles
The installation of the renovation steps is done using our stabilization rail and special adhesive. Depending on whether you want to renovate a wooden or stone staircase, with or without LED lighting, various rails are available for selection.

Environment and sustainability of CPL laminate steps
The formaldehyde emission of the wood materials used is below 0.05 mg HCHO/hm² according to DIN ENV 717-1 (DIN EN 16516). The disposal of laminate remnants and waste can be done in regular household waste landfills. Incineration in industrial incineration plants is possible while adhering to the required exhaust air limit values.
HAFA prefers to work with manufacturers that adhere to quality standards such as ISO 9001, CE, and 96/98/EG (Quality Assurance Production), and wood producers who carry the PEFC seal. This ensures that you are purchasing a PEFC-certified product that is proven to come from environmentally responsible forestry and guaranteed not to originate from clear-cutting of virgin forests!
